David's interest in golf was evident to him in the year 1999. He was intrigued by the game and wanted to learn the rules of the game as well as learning how to play the game. He self-taught and further sought out professional help, where he took lessons from a PGA Golf Professional.

​

He later realized that he had a love for helping others and then he looked into becoming a golf professional himself, helping others to perfect their art and skill.

​

On January 30th of 2015, David received his certified golf teaching certification from Port St. Lucie, Florida.
